Ben Sutton joints Venture Capital Properties after focusing on commercial assets at Blackstone Properties and Alliance Commercial Realty in Pennsylvania. His family is involved in value-add real estate allowing him to learn the business from an early age.

Sutton graduated from Monmouth University with a double major in real estate and marketing. While at Monmouth he was a member of the Kislak Real Estate Institute. Sutton is a founding father of the Psi Iota chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity as well as a brother of Phi Sigma Kappa social fraternity. Additionally, Ben lived and studied in London for 5 months where he took several international business and marketing courses.

Ben was also a member of the sailing team while at Monmouth and followed his passion for the water post-graduation, currently residing on a 45 foot house boat which he completely renovated.

Sutton prides himself in his tenacity for conquering obstacles and goals no matter what the circumstances and this drive can clearly be seen in his work ethic and care for his clients.
