Our vast experience in management combined with our unique marketing tactics allows us to identify the best use for each space and/or find the right tenants for each location.

Tenant Representation
Venture Capital Properties offers its services to tenants looking to expand and/or open locations in the New York market. During this process, we will help tenants with site selection, market evaluation, site analysis and evaluation, and lease negotiation coupled with our market knowledge and experience. The fact that we manage properties and are active sales brokers gives us familiarity with the market and its current and upcoming vacancies, as well as great relationships with many landlords.

Management
In our managed portfolio, we manage residential and commercial properties in the Northeast region. Our philosophy is to manage our clients' properties with the same respect as if they were our own. Some of our management services include: negotiating or renegotiating new leases; uncovering upside or hidden value; handling any problems with the property including renovations, collections, and evictions; and, most importantly, striving to increase property value.
