Guy was raised in NYC, and has studied in London, which gives him an international perspective. This allows him to work with a diverse group of people. His intuitive ability gives him the advantage in negotiating, resolving and coming up with creative solutions, as well as the connecting with others. He challenges traditional thinking to resolve difficult issues and problems.

In his early career, he worked on Wall Street, at Merrill Lynch, as an AVP on the Foreign Exchange Trading Floor. He has leveraged his Wall Street relationships, and has since transitioned to Commercial Real Estate in New York City, for the last 10 years. He has closed $100MM+ in lease contracts. In addition, he has trained and developed real estate professionals on the leasing of offices and high end retail spaces. He has taught high level leadership training and coaching for business leaders.

He has worked with prominent multinational corporate clients, coming into New York City. By partnering with most of the brokerage community in NYC, he has facilitated exciting deals. Leveraging a cutting-edge research team, he has ensured that the client’s need comes first. By having a strong vision to see the end result, he comes up with solutions that create value for clients.

He has strategically cultivated his network of experienced professionals to focus on achieving the client’s goals. His focus is now acquisitions for Mixed-Use and Commercial Properties as well as 1031 exchanges at Venture Capital Properties.
