We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial sales professional to join our real estate investment sales team. This is a 100% commission sales position with many of our team earning in excess of $200k and top performers earning significantly more. Responsibilities:

• Develop a client base by canvassing and conducting meetings
• Source investment properties
• Structure and negotiate real estate transactions
• Collaborate with senior brokers to cultivate market expertise
• Take part in property underwriting and due diligence

• Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent is preferred
• Demonstrated abilities in sales, marketing and networking
• History in sports or team-oriented activities
• Previous experience in real estate sales is not a prerequisite but is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office
