Outgoing, friendly and sociable, Ryan Sabet originally hails from Long Island. He graduated from the Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and holds a certificate in construction and property management from New York University.

Mr. Sabet’s experience began as a manager at Manhattan Skyline Management and later Glenwood Management. While at Manhattan Skyline Management, Mr. Sabet helped manage and raise revenue for their entire portfolio, which led to the conversion of two buildings in Gramercy park into ultra-luxury rentals and condominiums.

Having received a technical understanding of the Real Estate Industry, Mr. Sabet decided to pursue his passion in investment sales. It was then he joined Venture Capital Properties as an Associate Director, specializing in the sale and development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. Driven and dedicated, Mr. Sabet says nothing substitutes for hard work.

A Manhattan resident with a powerful network of contacts across business sectors, Mr. Sabet knows the ins and outs of his hometown market. He’s capable of meeting a full gamut of real estate needs, whether retail sales or the sale of trophy mixed use assets.
